01 / Find your exam
Start with your trade
Every licence has its own exam, its own code books and its own rules. Pick your trade and see only what applies to you.
02 / How you study
Four ways to get ready
Same exam, different budgets and timelines. Choose the format that fits how you learn and how soon you test.
Live Virtual + Self Study
Instructor-led sessions you attend from anywhere, paired with self-paced coursework you keep working through until test day.
Highlighted & Tabbed Books
Your reference set arrives pre-highlighted and tabbed to the answers, so you spend the exam looking things up instead of hunting for them.
Rental Packages
Need the full code library for one exam only? Rent the books and courses instead of buying a shelf you will never open again.

All-inclusive: exam prep, the reference library, licensing paperwork and business setup handled end to end in a single purchase.

04 / The process
From signup to sitting the exam
No guesswork about what to buy or what to read. Three steps, in order.
- 01
Pick your exam
Search by trade, ICC code or license type. Every package lists exactly which exam it prepares you for.
- 02
Get your materials
Books ship tabbed and highlighted. Course access is issued straight away so you can start the same day.
- 03
Sit the exam ready
Work the practice questions, join the live sessions, and walk in knowing where every answer lives.
The exam is open book.
The clock is not.
Most candidates do not fail because they do not know the trade. They fail because they cannot find the reference fast enough. Everything we sell is built to fix that one problem.
05 / Why prep here
Built for working tradespeople
Exam-specific, not generic
Packages are matched to a named exam and code edition — no sifting through material for a licence you are not taking.
Reference sets done for you
Tabs and highlights are already in place, applied where examiners actually pull questions from.
Taught by licensed instructors
Live virtual sessions with people who hold the licence and work in the field.
Licensing handled end to end
All-inclusive options carry you past the exam into application and business setup.
Which code edition are your packages based on?
Each listing states its code edition in the title — for example 2023 NEC or 2026 NEC. Always match the edition your testing authority has adopted for your exam date.
What is the difference between buying and renting?
A purchase package is yours to keep, including the tabbed and highlighted reference books. A rental package gives you the same materials for your exam window at a lower cost, and you return the books afterwards.
Are the books really pre-tabbed and highlighted?
Yes. Highlighted and tabbed book packages arrive already marked to the sections examiners pull from, which is what makes open-book exams manageable inside the time limit.
Do I need the exam prep course as well as the books?
Open-book exams are won on navigation speed. The books get you the references; the live virtual and self-study course teaches you how to find and apply them under time pressure.
What does “The 1 Package” include?
It bundles the exam prep, the full reference library, the licensing application support and the business setup steps into one all-inclusive solution for that specific license.
